Learn Reiki

Anyone may learn Reiki and it is generally taught over a weekend. There are differing teaching standards and content when learning Reiki in New Zealand.

Many Reiki Master Teachers are members of Reiki NZ, the national body representing Reiki in NZ – many are not.

An important aspect of learning Reiki is the empowering of the individual
Reiki is taught so all may use it for themselves. A remarkable and permanent ‘tool’, Reiki may be learnt in Degrees, which are usually taught over a weekend.

When you and your Teacher feel you are ready, you learn the next level of Reiki.
They are Reiki First Degree, Reiki Second Degree, Reiki Third Degree, Reiki Master and Reiki Master Teacher.

The Reiki energy is passed from the teacher to the student following one or more attunements
The ability to channel Reiki is instant, palpable and lasts a lifetime after the First Degree Reiki teaching.

Anything you place your hands on will receive Reiki simply by touch
Food, water, medicines, crystals, people, plants, animals, anything. You will also learn how to give Reiki treatments to yourself, others and professionally – if you wish to.

Full notes in your Reiki First Degree Manual show you how to – some Reiki students do and some don’t as it is up to you how, where and when you use your new Reiki energy
